The short version
We collect almost nothing. If you write to us, we get what you typed and we use it to reply to you. We don’t sell it, we don’t advertise to you, and we don’t track you around the internet.
1. What we collect
The contact page on this site composes an email in your own mail app — nothing you type is stored on this website. What reaches us is the email you choose to send: usually your name, your email address, your phone number if you include it, and your message. That’s it.
Like every website, ours is served by hosting infrastructure that keeps basic technical records of visits so it stays secure and running. Nothing in those records identifies you personally to us, and we never look at them unless something breaks.
No tracking. This site sets no advertising cookies. There is no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tag, no analytics script. If you leave, you’re gone — with one exception, the video link below.
The video link we text you. If Dominic sends you a link to his video, the page tells us how far you watched it — a quarter, half, three quarters, or all of it — so he knows before you talk. That is all it records: no cookies, nothing about your device, nothing stored in your browser. Open the page without that link and nothing is tied to you.
2. What we do with it
Your email is used for exactly one thing: replying to your enquiry and, if it goes somewhere, discussing a possible project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
3. Where it lives
Your email sits in our business inbox, like any correspondence. If we end up working together, what you’ve told us becomes part of that working relationship and is covered by the written agreement we both sign.
4. Your choices
Ask us what we have from you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you — one email to dominic@delvodigital.com does any of those. California residents have these rights under state law; we extend the same courtesy to everyone.
5. Changes
If this page changes, the date above changes with it.
