For Contractors & Builders

Partner With Us

We work behind the scenes so you can build with confidence: clear bids, crews on your schedule, and one person to call from bid to closeout.

Builder-Focused. Quality Driven.

One subcontractor for the whole building envelope.

General contractors and home builders hire us for the roof, the siding, or both. Carrying both means the flashing between them is our responsibility, the schedule has one fewer handoff, and you have one fewer phone number to chase.

  • Custom homes, additions and re-roofs
  • Multi-family buildings
  • Production phases, lot by lot
  • Mixed-use buildings with low-slope roofs

How Bids Work

Bids you can put side by side.

Our bids are written so your estimator can compare them line for line, and so your superintendent knows exactly what we’re carrying.

  1. 01

    Send the plans

Plans, specs and the schedule you’re working to. A partial set is fine for a budget number.

  2. 02

    We review and walk it

We take off quantities from the plans and walk the site when it helps us price it right.

  3. 03

    You get a written bid

Line items by scope, the systems specified, allowances, alternates and every exclusion in plain words.

  4. 04

    Award and schedule

We confirm crew dates against your schedule and assign your project lead.

Every bid lists

  • Scope by system: roofing, siding, waterproofing, gutters, metal
  • Specified products by type, colour and profile
  • Allowances and alternates, priced separately
  • What’s excluded, in plain words
  • Assumptions about access, staging and sequence

Send us with your request

  • Plans: roof plan, elevations, sections and details
  • Specifications or the finish schedule
  • Your schedule or target dry-in date
  • Site access and staging notes
  • Who to send questions to

Scheduling & Crew Coordination

Your sequence, your superintendent, your site rules.

We plan our crews around your schedule, not the other way round. Your project lead confirms dates ahead of time, tells you early when weather or materials move anything, and keeps the site ready for the next trade.

  • Dates confirmed ahead

Start and return dates checked against your schedule before the crew rolls.

  • One project lead

The same person from the bid to the final walk, reachable during working hours.

  • Materials staged to plan

Deliveries timed to the work and staged where your site plan allows.

  • Safety on every roof

Fall protection, clean sites and your safety rules followed by every crew member.

Warranty Handling

If it comes back, so do we.

Warranty work is part of the job, not a favour. When a homeowner or your service team calls, we treat it the way we treated the install: we show up, find the cause, fix it and write it down.

  1. You call or send it over. One number, the same project lead if they’re available.
  2. We visit and document. Photos and notes on what we found and why it happened.
  3. We fix it. Our workmanship, our cost. If it isn’t ours, we tell you what we saw.
  4. You get the record. A short write-up for your warranty file and the homeowner.

At closeout we hand over the product warranty paperwork and our workmanship warranty terms for your records.

Questions Builders Ask

Before you send the plans.

Do you bid roofing and siding separately?

Yes. We can price the roof, the siding or both, and when we carry both we show them as separate lines so you can award either one.

Will you price from a partial set?

We’ll give you a budget number from a partial set and a firm bid once the roof plan, elevations and details are final.

Who is our contact once the job starts?

Your project lead, the same person who walked the bid. They coordinate the crews and are the one to call.

How do you handle change orders?

In writing, before the work. We price the change, you approve it, then we do it. Nothing shows up on an invoice you haven’t seen.

Do you work on occupied homes?

Yes, on re-roofs and residing. We protect landscaping and the house, keep the site clean each day, and dry-in before we leave.
