Do you work from our plans and finish schedule?
Yes. Send the drawings and finish schedule and we quote line by line against them, including prep, transitions and trim.
Who handles subfloor preparation?
We do. Grinding, patching and self-leveling are priced as their own lines so you can see what the floor needs before tile or plank goes down.
Can you supply the material, or install only?
Either. We can install material you or your designer buy, or supply and install to the spec you give us.
Can you work around the other trades?
Yes. We schedule with your superintendent, keep walkways clear and protect finished floors until the room is handed back.
